Return Policy

We stand behind everything we make and want you to have the best experience possible, so if something’s nothing exactly right for you, we’ve got you covered.

Items can be returned free of charge within 30 days of the delivered date for a full refund (minus the original shipping cost).

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Rogue Magnetics reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above requirements.

Rogue Magnetics is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. We recommend returning items in secure packaging. All magnets must be shipped in a box in order to comply with USPS, UPS, or FedEx regulations.

To start a return, contact us at support@roguemagnetics.com and provide the following:

  • Reason for return
  • Order number

Once your return has been approved by customer support to ensure it meets the terms above, we’ll send through details on how to return your item to us, along with a shipping label to attach to the package.

Refunds

After receiving your return, we'll send you an email to let you know that it's arrived. We aim to process your refund within 5 business days. You'll receive an email when we have processed your refund. 

Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (including Afterpay).

Depending on your provider, refunds can take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement. Your refund amount will be minus any shipping charges as we do not refund your original shipping fee.

 

Damages and Issues

We strive for excellence in product performance and hope that you never receive a faulty or damaged item. 

If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as you receive your order. We'll happily guide you through the process of resolving the issue.

We ask that you contact the team via email with photos of the damage so that we can find a solution for you straight away.

 

Exchanges

If you want to change your product, we recommend you repurchase the correct item and return your original order for a refund in accordance with our return conditions.
